PEL-QUAT SL-5 is Dihydroxypropyl PEG-5 Linoleammonium Chloride, a quaternary ammonium salt of alkoxylated linoleylamine.  It performs as a lubricious conditioning agent, giving very good wet comb properties to both shampoos and conditioners. Being compatible with anionics, it is used in both bath & shower products, conditioners, shampoos, styling products, liquid soaps and hair care treatments.
