PEL-SIL CL380 is a linear, 100% active, PEG-10 siloxane polyether. It is an excellent flow and leveling agent for both waterborne and solvent borne coatings. It also provides slip and mar resistance as well as anti-blocking property. For UV/EB cure coatings, PEL-SIL CL380 can reduces coefficient of friction reduction without generating foams or lowering gloss. It may also be incorporated into polymer systems by virtue of its two primary hydroxyls in polyurethane systems.
